remove big 'Submit Speech Using Audacity' icon on read page?

From David Gelbart: I wonder if the big 'Submit Speech Using Audacity' icon should be removed from ​http://voxforge.org/home/read? It seems possible for a new visitor to that page to misread the two icons (Audacity and telephone) as being the only two choices available, and end up clicking the Audacity link without realizing that there is a Java application right there at ​http://voxforge.org/home/read if they just scroll down.
